Marquette University – Aurora Health Milwaukee, WI 12 months Postgraduate Physician Assistant Emergency Medicine Program In today’s highly competitive job marketplace, unique learning experiences can make the difference in physician assistant hiring and can provide a medical system with PAs who bring the ability to offer patients the best possible care. Marquette University’s Department of Physician Assistant Studies offers a one-year emergency medicine fellowship at Marquette, Aurora Sinai Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. This training program is not just new to Marquette and Aurora — it will be the first PA emergency medicine fellowship in Wisconsin, just the second in the Midwest, and only the seventh such program in the United States. It’s also the first time a medical training program has united Aurora, Marquette, Children’s Hospital and Medical College of Wisconsin. The goal for the program is to provide the PAs an in-depth, focused year of training in emergency medicine. University of Missouri Emergency Medicine PA Residency Columbia, MO 13 months 2 Students per Fall and Spring Class University of Missouri Health Care, Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and the University of Missouri School of Medicine are offering an intense and rewarding post-graduate fellowship for Physician Assistants in Emergency Medicine. Program director and clinical coordinator: Rebekah Hudson ([email protected]) MU Health Care boasts over 400 hospital beds in central Missouri with an expanding Emergency Department with over 52 beds. It serves as central Missouri’s only Level l trauma center and as a tertiary referral center for much of mid-Missouri. As part of an academic medical center, MU Health Care is host to many physician fellowships, fellowship programs, and other physician assistant fellowships. This program highlights rotations in Emergency Medicine at our level 1 trauma center and rural-based Emergency Department, ICU, medical wards, boot camp, SIM labs, and hands-on experience in procedural labs and in clinical practice under physician assistant and physician supervision.
